First 6 read every day. Day resets tomorrow. No queue, no priority pass.

Send me one deal that hasn’t closed

One deal that hasn’t closed and has nothing booked. Paste their last message to the buyer below. I read every single one of these myself and write back the same day with the exact message I would send next, in their voice, ready for them to send.

This is the same read that got me the highest cash collected per scheduled call on every floor I’ve worked.

I built the follow-up system a floor of 20 closers ran. 40% reply rate. That company’s record.

Every stalled deal is money you already spent to acquire. Meta's own numbers put the average price per ad up 12% year over year, two quarters running. This one does not. It is the cheapest revenue in your business and almost nobody works it.

You send it, not me. I write the message and hand it back to you, ready to paste.

The longer that message sits unanswered, the colder the deal gets. This fixes that today, not next week.

40%

Reply rate. The record from that same floor. Twenty closers ran this exact system across that floor's whole pipeline.

This is the SAMSON system behind the highest cash collected per scheduled call on every floor I've worked. This page is the part of it I give away.

Not an agency. Not a team of writers reading a shared inbox.

One person reads every submission that comes through this page. Me.

I read and answer the first 6 of these every day. Myself. Ten minutes each, done right.

New 6 open tomorrow. First come, first served, no priority pass.

A no is a decision. Silence isn’t.

This is the writing. Three lines from the system that pulled the 40%.
The post-proposal vanish
What most closers send:
“Just wanted to follow up on the proposal! Any questions?”
What I send:
“I’d rather know than wonder: is the proposal a ‘not now,’ a ‘not quite,’ or a ‘yes, just busy’? I’ll meet you wherever you are.”
Answerable in four seconds, from a phone.
The “let me think about it”
What most closers send:
“Hi! Did you get a chance to think it over?”
What I send:
“When people say ‘let me think,’ it’s usually one of three things: timing, money, or ‘will it actually work.’ Which is it for you? No wrong answer.”
Names the real block. Gives the out.
Total silence, weeks of it
What most closers send:
“Hey! Checking in again. Ready to move forward?”
What I send:
“I don’t want to keep filling up your inbox if the timing’s just off. Want me to check back in a few months instead?”
Removing the pressure is the pressure. This one restarts more than anything.
Three of the 33 in the system. Yours doesn’t come from a library, it gets written from your closer’s real thread, in their voice.

One message. That's the whole thing. I'll ask if I need more.

Example: "Them: 'Send me the numbers.' Me: sent them. Then nothing, six weeks."

Only I see this.

Easier to send the image? Email it to [email protected] and I’ll pick it up there.

Add the deal and a valid email so I can write back.
Sending it over…

Free. No call. I read and answer every one myself, because the read only works if it is real. And if I look at yours and I do not think there is money in it, I will tell you that too, and we are done.

👀

Got it.

I have it. I read these myself, and you will hear back from me the same day with the exact words I would send next. Watch your inbox. One favour in the meantime: do not chase them again. One more nudge now is the thing most likely to bury it for good.

This works if there's a closer taking calls and a real message already sent to a real buyer. It's not for a cold lead that never replied at all.

If it works and it's not just one deal, that's worth talking about separately. I'll bring it up if it makes sense. Not before.
